BT-7274 Vista and Crashsite Vista

Vista for the BT-7274 level. The vista was largely re-used for the Crash Site multiplayer map, with some minor changes. I was responsible for the skydome, set extensions, vista smoke plumes, and scrolling cloud textures. The skydome texture is authored in HDR.
